Pin Important Cases - You can Pin a case to move it to the top of your case list or Unpin the case. You can also Pin or Unpin cases on the detail screen.
Sort Your Cases - Sort your cases alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A) or by date (oldest to newest or newest to oldest.)
Highlighted Past Due Requirements - Case requirements older than 10 days will be highlighted with red text: "Ordered over 10 days ago."
