Must have addition for the board game but where’s the Jungles of Delthrak Quest Pack ?
Absolutely love this app. It totally supports game play and enhances it. The narrator maps and enemies are spot on. If you can have this up on your tv while you play, it totally makes the whole experience much more immersive. Kind of reminds me of the VCR game nightmare, remember that ? On the negative, although you have lots of the expansion packs to choose from Jungles of Delthrak Quest Pack is not one of them. I brought this especially to play with the app as it even advertised the app on the back of the box. I would have given 5 stars if Jungles of Delthrak Quest Pack was a play option. Will it ever be available?

I’ll update my rating, but it seems that developers only noticed when they get a low rating. I like the app, it does what it’s intended to do. I’ve used this app every time I pull out HQ with the family, it allows me to join in on the fun. It is exceptional how they keep up with all the expansions (glad my pocketbook does as well). We have had so many hours of fun and it keeps game management at a decent level. I do have 1 issues. ***Please make the app available in Landscape Mode.*** I use this on my iPad (Magic Keyboard) and either have to remove the keyboard to lay the iPad down, turn the full iPad and keyboard on it’s side (standing up), but I would prefer to leave it on my keyboard, have the natural angle provided by the Magic Keyboard, without having to twist my neck around. Once again ***Please make the app available in Landscape Mode.***

Where is the jungles of Delthrak expansion
Absolutely brilliant, but now I can’t open previously started quests
I’ve been using this app for over a year and it is superb, bringing a whole new dimension to playing one of the best board games ever made.
Unfortunately we started playing again and the app won’t open any of the saved quests we had in progress (we have multiple teams/games going on). Without this issue the app would be a 5 out of 5. Hoping it is fixed soon.

Potential for 5 Stars
As someone who has been playing Heroquest since the original came out, I am so glad this app exists - and it’s very well done!
However, the reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the sound doesn’t work now.
Otherwise, it’s a great app.
Please fix the sound issue so I can add a couple stars! 🙂

Great but bugged
Pass through rock not working unless the area beyong is already revealed

This app not only makes HQ a 1 or 2-player game, it adds a sense of ambience and character through the sound and narration.
There are some quirks, like the enemy ai (in new versions they attack then walk away), but overall this app is excellent.
My greatest wish for the app would be the option for customization: as small as renaming enemy types or replacing their images/stats, or as grand as a quest builder. I imagine many folks like us customize their games no end—it would be incredible to bring those into the app

Was great but now I can’t attack.
Used the app many times but since the latest update can’t attack monsters. Very disappointing since I purchased the game for nostalgia reasons and now can’t play solo anymore.
Really like, but…
Really enjoying that I can play this game solo now, but please make it possible to move each Hero without counting each step. This way I could play the game more on the board, than the app. It would allow me to only use the app right before a Zargon encounter, or before spawning a new area/doors/traps/etc. it would make it quicker to update the current board status on the app. The app should only be necessary when it’s necessary.
