Recent version of app seems to have made things unreliable.
I constantly get errors that data can't be refreshed.

I’ve been with ML for years and since their ~2021 revamp to the “New” platform, things have seriously gone downhill. pricing has gone up dramatically, even further long time customers. More importantly and relevant, they have not added much of value. I still cannot send campaign from my phone. This app usually has major bugs. For example, today nothing loads. So I might as well delete it. Very frustrating.Show lessurbs_
A Great Mailer with Room for Improvement
I use MailerLite for my email marketing. It is a good platform that helps me do many things. I use the automation feature to send emails to my subscribers based on their actions and preferences. I also like the ability to monitor their behaviours with the app. I can see how they open, click, and buy from my emails. I can also segment and target them based on their interests and actions.
However, there are some things that I do not like about the MailerLite app. I cannot create or modify automations or campaigns from the mobile app. I have to use the web version of MailerLite on my mobile browser to do that. This is inconvenient and frustrating. I wish the app had more functionality and features.
I learned that MailerLite is working on improving its mobile app. They plan to add more features to the app in the future, such as creating and editing campaigns, automations, and landing pages. They also welcome user suggestions and feedback on their app development.
I hope they will update the app soon and make it better. Until then, I will still use MailerLite for my email marketing. It is a great platform that has many features and a low price. It has helped me grow my business and connect with my audience. I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their email marketing.Show lessJoJo a GoGo
It’s okay
I switched from Mailchimp and find MailerLite to be okay, but miss some of the features of the chimp. For example, I find searching for a particular subscriber to be unnecessarily clunky and not as easy as it could be. With Mailchimp you would simply type in the last name or business name of the subscriber and the information was right there. I still encounter difficulties doing that with MailerLite. Makes no sense and follow up is horrible
Their pricing tiers make no sense, and their free product becomes very expensive.
And when requesting a refund because the upgrade gave me less subscriber options than the free version all I’ve heard from them is crickets. I do not recommend MailerliteVickyliz55
Actually Native
Finally - fully native companion app. So many of these email marketing companies go with React Native or Flutter and you can feel it.
MailerLite, honestly - to my surprise, has a fully native app. It feels quite nice, uses SF Symbols and respects dynamic type.bluebyu25
Easy to use! Although I wish it had more integrations
Love the automation and templates. I wish there was an integration with Acuity!Fefsie
Worth the paid version.
Much easier to create from a template than entirely on your own. My biggest complaint is the difficulty organizing the pictures you upload. Mostly wonderful and intuitive. It is as complex as you want it, down to being able to code automations for your website.Monkey hop1
