Results came fast
Following a severe back muscle contraction I embarked on an online personal assessment with Naomi after receiving a glowing recommendation for her. She was able to accurately determin my body’s weaknesses and set about tailoring a workout to strengthen them. The exercises took up around 20 min a day and came with her easy to follow rpx app which is great as a reference tool for all the finer points. Results came surprisingly quickly given how little time was required of me. The step ups for each exercise kept my progress continuous and safe. My body is now stronger and more supported than it has been in years. Naomi has always made herself available for support and I find her and the rpx app a great source of encouragement. I love the flexibility of this app. Many of the exercises can be done anywhere using body weight or a few easily sourced tools like a cushion or pile of books so it can inspire me wherever I am.
And inspiring she is. Naomi’s attention to detail in her videos as to why she is recommending certain movements and ways of doing exercises is amazing.
Naomi kindly recommended certain exercises for me to both prehab and rehab through recent abdominal surgery.
