Can’t get it to track my miles
I do enjoy going to the store and getting shoes and such. I thought downloading the app would help me earn points with my mileage that I get, but it won’t load it or anything. It won’t give me any credit. It’s rather confusing.
Love the business confused with the points
I’ve always had such a great experience going there for all my running gear. Just really confused on how the points are getting awarded via mileage. There’s no stated way on how to earn points with miles. Right now I’m sitting around 30 and no points.
Aside from that the app is really nice. Shopping experience online is great.
