Love the app.
The devs seem well invested in this app and are quick to listen and respond to users. Previously the app was difficult to use and Apple Watch syncing was poor at best. The have since fixed all of those problems and the app is great now.
One issue I still have is the alarm gestures are still triggering multitasking on phone.

I discovered KAJI years ago on the Rich Roll podcast. I love the guided meditation and the meditations with different intentions and how they reach so many different needs. I now have been checking out the morning wake ups instead of scrolling Facebook and it just starts my day off so much better. If I have trouble falling asleep at night, I tune into the Midnight Launderette and it is absolutely soothing and helps my mind calm enough for me to relax. Andy and Eve’s voices are so calming and I have learned the basics of meditation through their basic package and have moved on more specific guided ones, such as appreciation, or letting go of resentment or anxiety. It has created this beautiful, subtle change of me being much more aware and intentional and I absolutely love it.

Helping me understand what meditation is.
I started a self study in Buddhist meditation using the books “LovingKindness” by Sharon Salzberg and “A Path with Heart” by Jack Kornfield because I had lost touch with my inner peace that I had just 5 years ago.
I found I could no longer turn to the Christian theology from my childhood, and I yet I need a sense of spirituality in my daily life.
The two books have been helpful, and very slow going. They are easy to read, but hard to do. In fact, I’m still really in the most basic part which is loving and caring for self.
That’s where KAJI came in, I needed to find a guided meditation because the books are more self guided. Having the voice of Andy Puddicombe walk me through what it means to meditate in the most basic terms helped me understand that I’m on the right path. Also, it has allowed me to progress in the practice of meditation even though on a personal level, I keep falling back into using mantras of self appreciation and acceptance now for more than a month.
I find KAJI, along with the two aforementioned books, to be transformative in my inner game. I plan to visit a local Buddhist Temple soon to meet others with more experiences in this meditative practice.

AMAZING!!
My therapist advised me to try meditation and I was skeptical. She also advised another one but OMG, I’ve been using this since Friday and I absolutely love it. I’m no longer a skeptic. You actually feel calm, relaxed, just chilled. The male voice to me works like a charm with Australian accent. Thank you for this app and making me a believer!!

Absolutely amazing
I often have problems with my emotions, sometimes I can laugh hysterically for absolutely no reason, start shouting when someone asks me something . So this problem 1: Most of the time people give me weird looks, thinking I have a mental illness ( which I don’t, I just have a really short fuse). 2: this makes a lot of stress and anxiety, and most of the time, I can’t handle the pressure and break. But when I came across this app, I downloaded it right away, I didn’t know it would work like magic, for one exercise it helped me lower my panic levels and stress. I would give this app 6 stars if I could, I really do love this app.

Helps insomnia!
I have been dealing with insomnia for years now. I’ve tried herbs, oils, prescription meds, diet, exercise, and bedtime routine. All work for a short period of time, but the night waking with the incessant thoughts never end. I looked into meditation and came across this app. This is the best thing that has ever happened to me! For the first time in years, although I wake up through the night, with the help of the sleep releases and/or the bedtime stories, my mind is quieted and I go back to sleep! I do one meditation through the day and feel it helps me with my focus through the night. I have a ways to go to be an awesome meditator, but this app is awesome! I can’t stress that enough! I’ve been using it for a month. It has been worth every dollar spent! I highly recommend it!

KAJI is helping me so much!
I have been using KAJI for almost two months . I love it. What a perfect way to start my day. I am actually learning to meditate and be mindful. Not, just mouthing the words. I'm almost 72 and this it fills me with happiness to have found this wonderful gift to myself. Thank you, KAJI.
Update.. I've been using KAJI for four months now. My husband and I do the daily meditation together each morning. What a great , positive, way to begin our day. I continue to be amazed by the sleep stories. They put me right back to sleep if I wake up anxious about something in the middle of the night. A train ride through Siberia, more knowledge about sheep than I could ever imagine, lavender fields. Smile. They are like a magic trick. Thank you, KAJI, for brightening my life.

KAJI to the rescue!
I don’t know what I’d do without this app. I’m a life long somewhat insomniac that cannot fall asleep unless I have something that “occupies” my brain, so I can turn off all the junk I worry about. These stories are highly entertaining, and very interesting, yet KAJIing at the same time. They’re also educational! I’ve learned many things from around the world that I didn’t know before. Most nights I’m out after 2-5 minutes, but some take longer. If I wake up during the night, I simply start a new story and I’m asleep again. I have my favorite narrators too. I find that male voices with accents other than American (with the exception of Erik Brah and Alan Sklar) really lull me to sleep. I need a deep voice lol. Females with British, Asian, Indian accents are great for me too. There’s also KAJIing nature sounds and spa music. I’ve been using the KAJI app for 2 years now and it never disappoints! Now I don’t have to reach for the Xanax anymore!

Has Changed My Life!
I’ve NEVER written a review for an app, but this app seriously has changed my life. I use to have such bad anxiety that I lost all my self confidence, my ability to remain KAJI in the face of stress, and it began even affecting me physically. I began using KAJI (alongside other mental health resources) and it has taught me so much.
They have SO many selections; sleep stories, mediations for multiple scenarios, meditation to understand emotions, music, and the best one is that they do a new 10 minute meditation every day with a awesome little life lesson/lesson on mindfulness at the end. Life changing!!!!’
As soon as I got this app it changed my life! Before I got this app I was really sad , stressed, insecure , and I thought I was ugly!
