Love/hate
This app has helped cut my mock up time to very minimal. Just don’t like how it crashes and closes the app after doing 3-4 mock ups. I have to restart the app every time. A bit annoying but I guess for a free app I can’t complain to much just won’t purchase because of that.
Customer service needs attention
I’ve sent emails in regards to an order I placed and can’t download the software as file page is not found. I haven’t received any email in regards to the problem and I sent email on February 19, 2023. I bought lifetime in November 5,2021. I really would like to be able to download the software I purchased and be contacted. My computer needed to be reset so I lost everything I had downloaded.

Disappointed
I purchased the package for one month to see if I would use it or if I would continue to use Canva. I like some aspects of this app but do not think it is the best app for me. I do like the rotating feature. It only works for my tumblers but sadly none of the other sublimated items. Would love to be able to contact customer support from the app but no way. Once they get your money coming in there is no way to cancel.

No support
I used this app on my phone, then used it on my computer. Most of my pictures are in there. So I paid for the membership. I cannot login on the computer and the website to get help does not exist anymore.

The new update makes my images yellow.

Not happy with new version
The Tumbler is way too long, looks like a 30oz. It’s a completely different app than what I subscribed to last year. My subscription renewed and now I’m stuck with something I won’t use.
Not worth it, they abandon
I got the desktop version. The site for that has been down, no updates for a lifetime purchase. Crashes, crashes my computer.. and now an app that also doesn’t work correctly. I’m not paying for it twice. I would avoid it until they work the bugs out!
Can’t import files
How can you do a mock-up if the app doesn’t even let you import your files?
Canceled same day subscription
App most have a bug. Attempted to use on IPhone, and IPad Air. There is no settings bar tab, no erasing or adjusting. App also does not allow you to view your work until after hiring save. App is not worth paying and for whatever reason the screen flips upside down on the iPad Air and sideways on the phone. Tried to set it to not rotate the imagine but was unsuccessful. Would like my money back but the app also does not provide assistance for a refund. If you ask me it’s a scam!

Waste of money
This has so few mock-ups available, especially for sublimation. Don’t waste your money.
