What a shame..

In my opinion, the 4.8 star rating is not deserved at all (even before your prices were increased)

Why name your online store "Everything5pounds" but then proceed to sell everything over 5 pounds? I barely even see anything in this store that is £5, all i've seen is £8+ (not including jewelry/accessories)

I shopped here because it had really good prices for decent quality clothing. Now I may aswell shop on BooHoo or PrettyLittleThing because this store has pretty much matched their prices.

I can tell that all the money that's been earnt has been spent on the wrong things resulting in prices having to be increased.

If you were looking for a place to spend your online store's earnings, you could've started with both the App and Online website as they were both laggy/glitchy and certain things you press would trigger it to crash.

Not to mention that on the App, after adding all your clothes to the Cart, it would empty itself after a couple of hours meaning you'd have trouble finding all the clothes you saved to purchase (I thought it was just me until I read other complaints about it too)

It's sad that such a lovely online store has gone to shambles all because of a silly decision, and I'm glad that i'm not the only one who thinks this.

Ruined

This used to be my favourite online retailer with it’s amazing quality and amazing prices to boot. Unfortunately the last year or so the prices started increasing which then again I didn’t mind as the quality was decent and it was still a bargain compared to other stores however now they’ve rebranded and everything is so expensive to the point where I might as well shop on boohoo or shein as they seem to have cheaper options and much more variety.

The one thing setting this company apart was it’s price point compared to quality but now I have no reason to shop here as it’s older or less in trend styles for prices that aren’t even much of a bargain.

On top of that, whatever money went in to the rebranding should have gone in to the user interface, website and mobile app as they are all still absolutely bog standard.

I have the utmost worst shopping experience on this app, I have to keep logging in, it’s slow and clunky, searches come up with inaccurate products, the refinement options are just useless and doesn’t even filter based on styles, the app and websites both lag, crash and seem to shut down after a small amount of time is spent on it. At least before it was worth it for the bargains but now I honestly don’t think I have any reason to shop here anymore. I’m absolutely gutted as at first I was excited for the revamp but clearly money was spent in all the wrong ways.

Was good, got worse

When I first got this app, everything was under a fiver, good quality and all cheap, that’s what attracted me towards it. Recently they started going over a fiver, it was fine at first, a few things over it’s worth it. Now almost everything is over a fiver and some things almost expensive in my eyes.

The app is so confusing for the login process

Everything for £5 is a great site for good value bargains. I’ll give the 1⭐️rating for the app which has been generated on a budget is a big dogs breakfast . I’ve logon confusion . of which user ID per works. I can log onto the website but I can’t log onto the app and it keeps telling me I need to reset the password which I don’t… And really is ambiguous about if you’re coming from your website to the app.

Specifically, when I try and log onto the app, it gives me a
^missing parameters^ error.
can assure you all the inputs are right.

Maybe you can put some logic into the app and tell us what’s the right v the old website what is the new website and the errors might be more understandable..

Anyhow, if you want to be successful in retail, you need to make sure your apps work, otherwise people will quickly move to other vendors.

Who doesn’t love a bargain?

You have to trawl through a lot of the products listed to find the really good quality items but I’ve been using e5p for years now and I’m mostly happy with my purchases

Returns can be a pain as they don’t have a free returns policy but everything is so cheap that if I buy something I don’t end up liking - I pass on to other family members.

I usually shop every few months and get quite a lot of my knitwear from here

Rating reason

I love the things I find, but there are not enough elegant clothes to choose from, especially skirts. Everything nice is either made for tall people or weird stuff. I know some people like it, I’m not knocking that. Also everything that is elegant has a split half wat up your thigh. There are still a big majority that like shorter splits and no splits. Id be buying so much more.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are too expensive

🙋🏻‍♀️👌❤️

Amazing products and quality as well the prices are so low you can get a new wardrobe every month and look in trend fast shipping and good customer service also some of the original tags are on them I got some jeans that were in the clearance section for £2 and they would have been $90 this is second to non and the sizes are usually spot on! Keep it up the only downside is the mens section the clothes are out of style and a little strange! Thanks guys keep it up 👍
