Getting better, still needs work.
Didn’t used to be able to use the app on the phone at all. Now it works decently, but half the time if you open a work order you have to close out completely and reopen it to get back to your list. Some days it works right, others it doesn’t. It’s a minor thing, but when you’re trying to plan and coordinate your day it’s a major pain in the neck. On the bright side, it doesn’t seem to glitch when scrolling anymore so that’s fixed. I’ll give her two stars this time.

Love new features
The new features in the app are great. Love the functionality.
SmartGun
SmartGun has totally changed our spraying and fertilizer operational efficiency. Our operators love that they don’t have to take paper copies of orders and instructions with them to the field anymore.

Too many glitches.
The app doesn’t seem to work on my smartphone, only on the tablet. As far as the tablet goes, the field list and load lists both glitch badly. Ninety percent of the time you cannot scroll to the top or bottom of either. Makes it difficult to figure up your loads and acres and keep everything straight. I have updated the app, closed out of it and reopened, nothing fixes it. Our outfit has several applicators and these problems affect all of us, so it’s not just one guys tablet exhibiting issues. Don’t waste your money on this garbage. I wouldn’t give it any stars but unfortunately that’s not an option.
