    Our Fiber Optic buffers and will knock you off whatever channel you’re watching. Tech has been out twice and he said he was going to get engineer to look at it. When this first started I would call in and was told I needed higher package. So we got the highest. The tech said no the low to mid is all we need. I feel like I should be reimbursed, as the issue has not been fixed.
