  • Where are all my transactions?

This app is a frustrating one. On the one hand, the balances don’t make sense. Second, I not able to see maybe a weeks transactions. There’s no way to expand to older transactions. I have written a check but when I see that transaction, there’s no way to see the check image. I can see images of deposit checks but not checks that I’ve written out.

  • It’s a Weird app.

While I am able to access my accounts with no problem, the way they show the balances on my accounts makes no sense. I see a positive balance under the subject of “Current”. Right under that is subject “Anticipated Avail.” of a negative amount. No idea why there would be two different amounts. Am I able to make payments with the “Current”? I don’t want to risk getting hit with fees by trying to make payments, so I’ll leave that alone. Is this a thing with the bank?
