Omg I love it! I love how you can see what training zone you’re in throughout the class, and then at the end you can see how much time you spent in each zone! I also love how it keeps track of your averages and totals and PRs. So fun to see all the data, and it’s a really nice display too- colorful and easy to read.
The instructors are amazing. There are so many- and they all have different styles, but they’re all very clearly experienced and they know cycling.Show lesspartdog
Real training, efficient and fun!
This is where I go for legit training, efficient workouts and coaching from amazing instructors. There is a reason this brand and this program have been around for so many years! The instructors are motivating without being over the top and they make the ride fun and productive. I’m slightly obsessed with my workout data and this app is full of it (I ride with the Plus plan), like being able to see my power and heart rate zones during the ride according the instructor’s cues.
