I downloaded this app as I’m a member went into the bar didn’t have my plastic card showed the gentlemen my digital card to which he started to berate me and say that’s only a trial that’s not live you shouldn’t have that.
How not to welcome existing members back
He couldn’t articulate what was wrong nor welcome me in.

Please train staff on your products and to be a bit more welcoming to paid members.
