DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
No support and total waste as was the previous version. Does not connect as it does not find TV. If I could review a “0” star review I would submit it.

UPDATED REVIEW: Remote App Not Seeing Two Recent Samsung TVs
UPDATE: September 2022 hours after latest application update…
(1) Still does not work at all, even after deletion and new reinstall.
(2) Developer website still only an icon with nothing behind it.
(3) Four times now requesting assistance ended with no contact from developer.

>>>Developer upgraded app just hours ago:
(1) Changed from buy once to subscription (prior to clicking on upgrade verbiage says Monthly Subscription $1.99 and Yearly Subscription $9.99. But after you select upgrade it specifies: Monthly: $9.99 and Yearly: $1.99).
(2) Added advertising.
(3) Did NOT fix any outstanding issues causing it to still not work at all.
(4) Did NOT contact those with issues with the application.

April 2022 Review
Does Not See Two Samsung TVs (2017 & 2020) both on same network as iPhone (only network there is). Rescan and reinstall does not help. Unusable. Suggestions? …as I need a remote for both TVs. Help please. I have tried twice to get help from you with no responses.

Great looking out but it doesn’t work.
Trying to connect the app to the TV has been frustrating. So I deleted that app.

This app is not working and needs a lot of work to become functional, It is not recommended in its current state.

I have a 65” Samsung HD Smart TV. The app does not connect. My phone and tv are using the same WiFi channel. I’ve emailed support 5 times and no one responded. Not worth the purchase or time.

Doesn’t work!
I was so excited to see this app as I need a reliable remote for my Samsung Smart TV; but after waiting ALL AFTERNOON for it to pair with my tv, it still says ‘paring…please wait’. Sadly, I may have no choice but to delete it.

Second Attempt - Will Not Work
App will not recognize network. Only network available. Status is clear from settings.

A remote app that’s far better than Samsung’s own!
So this is what we’ve come to. The manufacturer half-a**es a remote app, ostensibly just so they can say they did, and here comes an independent developer and makes an app that kicks Samsung’s own app’s butt! Thanks for an amazingly useful app!

One issue I’m having is it routinely needs to have the code verification; It should be saving it in a data file and permanently be able to connect anytime, without any repeated verification.
