The App Doesn’t Match the QR Code
It costs $15.99 to park at 15 Alexander Street in Atlanta for 24 hours. The QR code allows for has an option for +4 hours parking for the same $15.99. Extra hours being for 4 hours totaling 8 hours costs another $15.99. Never again.ShayMcI
Amazing Service
I had an issue with parking and trying to apply a validation code when I arrived. I called the number for support but there was no answer so I sent them a quick email and I was absolutely floored when somebody called me back and then actually showed up to resolve my issue I have never experienced customer service that was that timely and that personalizedfor any place I’ve done business with. The parking manager was fantastic. Solved my issue instantly I’ll be more than happy to park with these guys anytime in the future this is a company that I highly recommend.Show lessmfcoburn
Scam
It’s a scammer organization, they will try to rob you in broad daylight. It took me 3 days to overcome their cynical narrative in the emails for charging me for a service I never used. Be careful!DonMatteo420

Auto Renew never auto
The Auto renew for monthly pass is never working.
It will auto disable when you enable it !
And due to that it will charge you every time you went into garage !
