Speaker Bluetooth connection issues
Speaker connection issues. It seems like you have to connect to multiple speakers in the Bluetooth settings in order to get the sound to connect properly on the chair. Any suggestions on how to fix this it’s rather annoying?Developer Response

quick response from the app developer. I searched for a msaage chair for a long time to have a good neck and shoulder program. OSIM UDream is the best chair I found on the market,App crashed and the control panel doesn’t work
The app will crash in the middle of the massage program. The massage program continues but the chair can’t return to upright position after the program ends because the Bluetooth keeps failing to pair and the control panel is non responsive. Trying to climb out of the chair to turn off the power is dangerous! Please fix the bug and let me know how to reset the control panel while sitting in the chair without unplug the power.Developer Response
We regret the inconvenience; please uninstall and reinstall the App, at the same time power off the chair main switch and wait for few minutes and turn it on to try again, please advise what is the OSIM product you are pairing with, we will base on different product to guide you through, if the problem still persist, please send email to apps.support@osim.com.sg.Not reclining

Please power off the massage chair and wait for few minutes and turn it on to try again, please ensure that the Bluetooth is not disconnected when you press the app button for chair recline, if you still encounter any issue, please send email to apps.support@osim.com.sg, we will help to get it run.
