Great app and easy to use
It would be better if i can download all the programs even I am disconnected with the chair.

Thanks for supporting OSIM product. When downloading the program is to download the programs into chair main board, so that it have to pair with chair when downloading.
Speaker Bluetooth connection issues

Please advise what OSIM product you are pairing with, please send the video clip on connecting with the speaker to apps.support@osim.com.sg for our investigation, we will base on different product operating features to guide you through.

App crashed and the control panel doesn’t work

We regret the inconvenience; please uninstall and reinstall the App, at the same time power off the chair main switch and wait for few minutes and turn it on to try again, please advise what is the OSIM product you are pairing with, we will base on different product to guide you through, if the problem still persist, please send email to apps.support@osim.com.sg.

The app is not working

Please power off the massage chair and wait for few minutes and turn it on to try again, please ensure that the Bluetooth is not disconnected when you press the app button for chair recline, if you still encounter any issue, please send email to apps.support@osim.com.sg, we will help to get it run.
