Agent cristian basically ripped me off
Got told I’d get promo payemnt for doing 8 streams was told in writing by the agent, that I would get paid but had ignored for over two weeks now clearly ripped me off made me sell my designer clothes for cheaper than I would of thinking I was getting a top up on payment as promised in writing to now being giving nothing and just ignored fully on the matter I have to expose this guy and platform on various review sites and seek some legal advice now

Don’t fall for referral scam
I invited two of my family members and they installed using my link(tilt promote 10£ per refer). Now you won’t get 10£ straight away, they need to purchase something and then you will get that , but here is the twist you need to spend £20 to get that 10£ !!! So may hidden tricks and twists , and again shipping charges starts mostly £4.99 and buyer protection charge is another £2 , that means you are spending 3£-£4 extra , where Vinted prices are lower than this . I don’t know but this whole auction idea is a scam for me where i can choose similar products rather than waiting on that live for hours to grab a nice one 🤦🏻

Don’t waste your time
Do not waste your time on this app. I have been buying from here thinking things are real but they are mostly fakes and replicas, only some are genuine. The cancelation and return process is a shambles quite frankly as sellers just refuse the refund requests and customer support takes 4/5 days to get back to you each time you email and they waste your time saying contact the seller when the seller already refused a refund, makes 0 sense. Don’t get scammed and don’t waste your time, stick to legit places like eBay and TikTok shop who actually understand the term “customer service”.

Needs work
I feel like the app can do with some work and look at similar apps like this app maybe add a sellers store so they can add stuff there gonna put up so it’s a lot faster and maybe put a authorised buyers option so sellers can switch it on to stop people not paying and messing genuine buyers about also add a buyers only giveaway in the option just needs a little work and a little update also a live chat would help with buyers and when refund is requested that it has to be checked by tilt it’s self before the seller can refuse

Can’t do anything on the app
Had this app on a trial to see how it is for a week. For all 7 days I’ve not been able to view one piece. Not sure how this app works but seems like they want your phone number to sell and that’s it. Nothing els in this app works. Not even the notifications, I had over 30 pings but nothing was online? No idea but I give up! Can’t even speak to someone in support as I can’t see anything apart from ‘more auctions soon’

Expensive as you have to pay for shipping n buyers protection which does not cover anything!
Ripping people off
This app is ok in theory but it is also ripping people off making them cancel purchases then re-selling the same item. This leaves the customer with no refund of an extremely ambiguous process to try and receive a refund.
There are a number off references to individuals beings scammed with no resolution to said issue. Furthermore, the app creator does seem to have a way for people to contact and in the review section they only seem to reply to a handful of positive comments whilst ignoring some serious concerns.
I believe I am going to contact the financial conduct authority as a result and make sure they have more transparency in their process regarding refunds and items taken and not delivered this is a serious matter and should not be aloud to operate until this and app bugs have been addressed!!!

Way worse than whatnot
As a seller cannot sell anything here. Whatnot is way better for this.

The concept of the app is great, very good quality cheap designer, everything ARIVES quickly, very easy to use but every time I go of the app and back on it says “check your wifi” when my wifi is totally fine so I have to delete the app re-download it and log in then it works fine but this happens almost every time I open it

Needs more regulation
Decent app with some great sellers and fantastic products.
The things that let the app down are that the contact tilt button within the app doesn’t work. The report button also doesn’t do anything. Opened a ticket with tilt on discord as recommended and never heard anything back.
Also they have some really nasty sellers who swear and even act abusive and tilt does nothing!! More specifically, “Revivedrails” needs removing from the platform! Calling people the C word and arguing with your gf every stream is not professional!
