No change in sight?
I emailed Lux about the app & asked if there will be an update. The seem genuinely concerned & said an update is coming. That was a year ago. They make a great product and the magnet methodology is awesome. The app is garbage. I’m currently looking at wiring the product it an RGB controller like used in speaker wiring systems. Sad but it’s clear they don’t get its a total customer experience. In short. Don’t buy the lights with color change option.Show lessKmikeT
Lights are awesome the app is NOT.
I’ve seen a number of rock light apps and this may be the worst. Connections are bad, trying to take the lights out of any of the color modes back to just pure white is laughable. I emailed asking about it and they said they are revising the app and controller. Not sure how we will update the controller firmware but I’m hopeful it’s easy and a major improvement.Show lessApp is a dumpster fire
App is garbage!! Needs a major update to it !!! Not been happy with it when I had to switch controls boxes !! Been trash since then , roc lights work great!whitewalkerJL
