I updated my game earlier today and I haven’t been able to play it. it was doing the same thing the event did. I cant play the game and I really would like to. Please fix this..
Great Game, Except Events Stopped Working
This game is really great and I enjoy it a lot. But after playing in my first event, every event since then has caused my game to freeze as soon as I load into the event. Force restarting doesn’t help, as when I load the event again the same issue occurs. If I had known this was going to happen, I wouldn’t have spent money to remove ads or to purchase diamonds. If my game isn’t going to work for events, I’d really like to get a refund for those items, as I won’t be playing if I’m unable to play any events.

Events
I love this game it so fun and it keeps me busy but recently one of the events have 4 days left and it won’t let me me play I load in but I’m can’t click on anything it’s like my screen can’t detect if I’m clicking the screen or not I’m pretty sure it’s a bug I’ve try resetting my phone and it does the same thing 🤷, that's the only problem I've come across other than that it's a very entertaining game.

Love the game but….
I have loved playing this game l would give it 5 stars but I agree with other reviews,
there should by a way to earn more money quicker or get larger amounts for completing tasks.
I have also had issues with the game when going to the side games heaven/ hell or genie the game freezes and it won’t let you play, with the day clock still running.
Please fix so I can continue.

Glitch with special games
Let me start out by saying I have enjoyed this game and it was working great. However, the past two special games I have been unable to play. I join and then go to first part and it freezes. At this point I can’t do anything but close app. Try to go back in and I cannot tap anything. Tried to contact company but couldn’t find where on their website.

Enjoyable, except for events currently
I really like the game, gameplay is enjoyable and progression is fair, my only complaint is when I go on events it freezes and I can’t play it at all I have to close out of the app to go back to the main game, other then that I don’t have any complaints. The game is addicting and it is somewhat strategic if you try and get the most money out of certain areas. I hope you guys can get this fixed and I’ll will change my review after.

Big needs to be fixed.
First off I love this game I could spend hours on it but recently I haven’t been able to do the events because every time I click on the tab for it to take me there. The game freezes and I have to close out and open it back up again. Hopefully the can fix this soon as I have already missed out on a lot of prizes and gems.

Progress lost
I lost all of my progress, other than that. Pretty alright - I just restarted from the beginning and now I’m doing fine, but the thing that got me to lose all my progress was the events, I can’t seem to do anything on the event banks. For instance I get the tutorial and then I can’t press the button to buy it. Then when I go back it’s completely frozen😕

Most of the game is pretty good. However game freezes each time I try to access event. Cannot find any information for support or to report issues that doesn’t take you to Tap Nation webpage with no support page.
