Refreshing app needs improvements
Nice little app, except to access Pistons tickets you purchased online. It won’t refresh over a week & I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app to see if it works. Only way for me to access my purchased tickets is the web version. Hopefully this app will have a update shortly.
Can’t sign into my Pistons account
Your app does not work well after downloading your latest app version. An error message confirms that it pistons/ticketmaster doesn’t exist. Please fix this ASAP!!! I have a game to go to this Saturday (3/9)!!!

This app is incredibly bad.
I find it difficult to believe that any NBA team would have an official app this terrible. A majority of the time you are completely unable to sign into ticketmaster to see your tickets. Please do better.
Bully App
Stop forcing people to download unnecessary apps. If you can email the section, seat number, and receipt, then you can email the barcode as well. There are too many steps to sign up, you HAVE to share information with ticketmaster to sign up, and it’s another password to remember. Some people don’t have enough memory on their phones for superfluous apps. Everybody doesn’t have a smartphone or are tech savvy enough to navigate the app just to access tickets. Some people just don’t want to be bothered. We already can’t bring purses or use cash at a game. Now we HAVE to use an app to get in? Deleting it as soon as they scan the barcode that can’t be screenshot ahead of time.
