Not the best
As a client;
Been signed out couple of times. No big deal (for me).
3+ Attempts for feedback haven’t been posted, yet there are multiple attempts on so many showings.
Everything is delayed.
App needs a lot of work done to work efficiently.

Every time I try to use this app my account is logged out and there is not a way for me to log back in. I have to delete the app and redownload it every single time.Allnicknamesaretaken$

As the client (not the agent), I don’t see a way to Confirm or propose new time for a showing in the app. Also, showings for the current day show in the archive/report instead of Upcoming. Seems like a date/time bug. Viewing past showings works alright.Tbirkulosis

I can rarely login. Rarely accepts my public ID and the few times that I can actually get in. It shows that I have no appointments scheduled even though I do have appointment schedules and I have confirmation emails that their schedule. It’s very embarrassing to be with clients and can’t even use the app.Show lesslhntx

App is very slow to refresh. No manual refresh unless you stop the app and relaunch. Upcoming showing do not reliably appear in the Upcoming Appointments screen; we have two this afternoon and they are not there, they are shown at the bottom of the Showings Report screen. Numbers shown on appoints are misleading; they appear to include cancelled and rescheduled appointments. Numbers of feedback on Feedback screen do not match number of responses, which appear to be correctly respresented in graphs. Bottom line is that this is a sloppily designed app.
Having said that, the phone and text alerts work very well. By adding the appointments to our calendar is the only way we as sellers can keep up with a large number of showings.Show lesseawinkl

it would’ve been a great tool if it lets me to log in. But it wont. The only way I can use it is to click on the link I received in emails so i can retrieve the showing instructions.txfreesurfer

I missed so many appointments because this app never sent the email, call or notifying me when someone make appointment on the app.LandonHouston
Not user friendly
The app is not user friendly at all. Constantly have to sign back in. Does not accurately display the number of showings.
Sellers should be able to see the realtor that is showing their home and leave feedback on bad realtors.ckrampota1
Def needs improvement
The app definitely needs improvements. I am unable to schedule a tour because it keeps going to a black screen where I can doing nothing but close the app. If I manage to schedule a tour online then it doesn’t show up anywhere on the app? Meaning I’m unable to check or change it or cancel it. I will be looking for a different alternative.Show lessGilannie
Too many bugs.
Constantly having to log in. The way to select quarter hour etc is irritating.Snoopichicken
