Needs to be fair for drivers
All drives are using auto click apps to get more orders, you tried to detect those apps but drives can still trick the app and use auto click, it's not fair for the other drivers you should consider sending the requests exclusively for individual with less timeout to accept the order, but with the system you're working with now is very random and messy

Not receiving order after 1 hr getting order that also more then 15km far restaurant and then 15km customer location useless
