Why the bad reviews?!
Bought a QUTIE label maker, mostly because we have three different sizes of beds and I get fed up with the sheets getting mixed up. Switched it on, downloaded this app, connected via Bluetooth, printed some labels. I have no idea what the bad reviews are about, this was crazy easy to do. The stock icons are not for me but come on - so easy to find others online. I’m delighted with my purchase, delighted with this app and am off to label up my whole house.Show lessLouis Hansgruber
Rubbish
Just for this, but unable to use as won’t connect via Bluetooth just says unsupported. Just going to have to sent back. Wish I looked at reviews firstLiz 42
Started off OK but will now not connect😡
No longer connects to Bluetooth on my I phone and I can’t find a fix which is annoying as it’s only a few months old so I would advise to stay clear of using IOS 😡😡😡PWASG8TXK

The app is unable to download fonts, graphics or stickers. Without that it only prints text in a very plain sans font.
Also why do you have to create an account? What is the benefit.

Can you add a way to make the letters bigger without making?
The label longer because it was a lot of label even at normal font. You can barely see it you have to print the label super long and big to get a decent sized font.19Drone master
Privacy concern
I’m hesitant to create an account because they do want to collect an awful lot of information, including location. You can use the printer with default font without creating an account. This is what I suggest to others.tasham22
This app is awesome.
I haven’t had any issues so far and the tech support is amazing. I have a request to make though which is…. Could you add a way to sort the saved labels like files? That way I could separate my work labels from home and hobbies. Ohhh even sun folders so I could further organize them would be awesome too.Show lessCassie L. B.
Very user unfriendly!!
I got this printer some time ago and have only just tried to use it and it is a nightmare!! Signing in and then logging in is not straightforward.
I cannot see how to properly load the paper…paper jam showing despite my best efforts…
There is also a problem with the “editor” where is that controlled? How do I check it?
Where are there legible online instructions and explanations?
I am quite good with gadgets all my life, I’m now 63, and I refuse to be bested by this tiny printer!!Show lessDeliport
