Fantastic, easy to use app
Super simple app, helpful to stay on track of my fitness plan, activities. Also, easy to schedule activities. And a shout for the folk at Park Point. Each time they have been really friendly and helpful. I asked and they helped me set up the app. Easy cheesy. Lovely.
Stuck in login in loop
First off, what is my username, was I supposed to set up one? Is it my email? Where can I find it, because it’s not on the website? Is it my member number? Secondly, after resetting my password and being able to log in on website, the app says invalid credentials. Is this because the server isn’t updated yet? Is it because I have the wrong username? There is very little information about how to resolve this, very little info on the website as well. I assume the app works fine once you log in, but just getting in seems impossible.
