To say this app is useless would imply that there’s some form of functionality…the only thing that works on here is the error window message….that gets 5 stars as it works…the rest is useless and always unavailable…..psynomad

Could not link account because of error
Pretty hopeless … before you can do anything you need to link an account via ID or passport no. I got a repeated “Uh-oh … Something went wrong. Please try again later.” when attempting to do this. I tried repeatedly but no success. Deleted the app but worried that the login I created still exists somewhere in the ether.Show lessMark5matz
Useless!!!
Absolutely useless!!! Registered and that’s it - does not want to log me in. “Oops! Something went wrong! It’s not you, it’s us……”. Since yesterday, but Telkom insists I use it to pay.Cat lady of 3
No tablet or iPad support for OTP actions
Looks good and easy to navigate BUT
All actions require a SMS OTP and tablets/iPads cannot receive SMS messages.
The app needs a secondary verification method.
I’m trying to “donate” data from one number to another and the helpful solution was to take the sim out and put it in another device that can receive SMS.Show lessP1xi3
