RealGreen Mobile

This release includes a number of team-member management functions, address verification, picture support, treatment history, advanced product calculation and quick notes, in addition to various bug fixes and improvements.

This release includes the ability to auto post work the moment it's completed in the field. Also included is the ability to view a customers billing address, driving directions, hold information, and wrong location warning.

This new release has notifications if there are memo alerts setup on the account or if email is missing on the customer record. Default products will now auto fill with the ability to change and copy from the previously completed service.

- Live Truck Tracking is now supported.  RealGreen Mobile users can now be included for review in the Live Truck Tracking module in Service Assistant. Review traveled path, idle points and speed, along with assigned stops.  - RealGreen Mobile 2.4 also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.

With RGM 2.3.1, perform jobs in Quick Production or Standard Production (limited functionality). In Standard Production, start/stop individual services within a job and control the Products/Conditions/Weather/Notes for individual services. Plus, view job pricing information, view and manage Call Logs, and receive notifications for new Call Logs. Spanish translation is available. RGM 2.3.1 also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.

Version 2.2 lets you perform jobs in Quick Production (just like in version 1.0) or in Standard Production (with limited functionality). Within Quick Production, you can start a job, stop a job and mark a job as not serviceable. You can also manage your time and team by clocking in and out.
