Poor application development
Unfortunately, most of the applications from this country are useless. They don’t even don’t know how to write codes properly! And I don’t know why Apple doesn’t ban them from their App stores!Md. Maruf Hasan
OTP not working
I’ve changed my number and OTP verification completed successfully. After that when I was trying to login I’ve provided the OTP correctly but it’s showing “Incorrect verification Code!”

Okay, Need improvement
1. OTP issue to other countries you need to solve
2. Location update and Weather information based on customer’s current location should be there. I’ve activated this device in India and now I’m in another country. But it’s still showing Old Indian state
3. Watch Wake up (Lift to view) doesn’t work smoothly. You need to face directly and adjust your position to make it work. It should work even if you look from an angle.
4. I don’t see any use of watch’s side button other than wake up. It can be used to scroll up/down and volume up/down may beShow lessIt’s frustrating. I don’t get OTP in Bangladesh
