Hockey Labs: At-Home Training

Hockey Labs is an at-home hockey training app with curated daily workouts, skill and IQ lessons, and exclusive live sessions for youth hockey players wanting to improve their game. Kids can earn points, climb leaderboards, and win prizes all while learning from the top coaches in hockey. EXPERT COACHES You’ll learn from a select group of top hockey coaches who are committed to helping you get your game to the next level. Only proper fundamentals are taught with each workout, lesson, and live session. ALL AT HOME No gym or rink available? No problem. Everything can be done with a hockey stick, ball or puck, right at home in your garage, basement, driveway, or training space. TRAINING APPROACH There are four core areas players will train to become a well-rounded hockey player. Our programming will encompass all of these, so you can compete at the highest level. • Athleticism • Technical Skill • Tactical Skill (Hockey IQ) • Mentality DAILY WORKOUTS • Age-specific, daily workouts that will challenge you in the best way possible. • Workouts consist of physical skills and exercises specifically designed with in-season or off-season in mind. LESSONS • Short, bite-sized videos and challenges that will supplement the daily workouts • Mindset lessons that cover popular topics such as “how to calm your nerves before a game” • Game film breakdowns to help you understand how professional players execute as a team. • Day-in-the-life videos with current and former USHL, NCAA, and NHL players. • Hockey IQ lessons to improve your hockey sense on the ice. ON-DEMAND PROGRAMS • Skill or time-of-year specific programs to help you improve your stickhandling, shooting, passing, and more. • On-demand so you can complete them on your own time, at your own pace. LIVE INTERVIEWS • Member-exclusive interviews with current and former USHL, NCAA, and NHL players, coaches, and scouts. • Learn how players made it to the next level. • Ask interviewees anything in open Q+A sessions. POINTS + LEADERBOARD • Earn points by completing daily workouts, lessons, on-demand programs, and attending live sessions. • Climb the leaderboard by earning points and leveling up. • Win prize giveaways for putting in the work each day.
