Amazing app

This app literally changed my life, no longer do I get stuck on my own with any task. And unlike Be My Eyes which is run by volunteers, this app has professional paid agents who are trained on how to deal with sensative information, so I trust them to help me read my debit card statement, or stuff like that that I would never trust anyone else with.

I like this app and will recommend it

You guys have been helping blind people, and we are very very happy that you guys are doing awesome things. I have been using Aira Explorer Way more because I know that I can have help through patient people like you. This is an app that I will always recommend, because it gives me joy, happiness, peace, and it fills my day with gratitude in knowing that I can see through the Aira Explorer app. You've opened my eyes to the world in a very positive way. Keep up the good work, stay safe, and stay blessed.

Great service

The functionality offered by this app is uniquely helpful for people with intermediate to severe vision loss, from specific tasks to wide-reaching visual descriptions of anything and everything in your life. The dedication of the agents is heartening and I feel very supported by this platform

Ira app is no good because when I call every couple days to use Aira, it always having some problems connecting to eight agent

Old app was better unnecessary changes

Seems like Aira keeps making unnecessary changes for the worse not for the better old app worked better and was more reliable

Good app!

Not quite as good as the original,but does have some pretty innovative features. It does not yet have the Aira Live feature, which would be good to bring back. It does have a pretty good screen share option, which at the moment is still a bit unstable.

Love the new app design

This is a must-have app for anyone who is blind or has trouble with visual tasks. I love the new design and new features like being able to screen share right from the app and being able to send files and photos to an agent, no more trying to spell email addresses.

Visual, interpreting at its best

I have been using this outstanding service and app for over six years now. I don’t travel anywhere without it! I enjoyed using it so much I ended up going to work for the company! If you haven’t tried this, please do and spread the word to other Blind in Low vision individuals!
