I am using tango pay to send money India.
The exchange rate is very good comparing to other foreign exchange app’s.

They don’t transfer they just hold your money. I transferred money and after 2-3 days of staying at pending I called them they said you need to verify account, I did verify account earlier. After that money still pending. They said it will take almost 1 week. Then I said cancel it. They then cancelled it

I transferred some money last night before sleeping, and now I just woke up and the money is still in pending. The customer support is of no help, they don’t know when the funds will be transferred, they are not offering refund as well, and the money is already deducted from the bank. Its so frustrating

Bad service
Unfortunately, my experience with sending remittance back home was quite disappointing. The process was sluggish, and worst of all, the money took forever to reach its destination. Definitely not recommending this service to anyone."

This app is not opening your bank account but

Upon payment, this dodgy app will ask you to log in to your bank account app which means they will have full access of your phone,bank account and biometrics.
In case of issue, you won’t be able to complain or take them further to legal since you have granted your own access with you own permission.
Do not use it
Use proper bank or apps where you can pay by card.

Money Transfer
Honestly money transfer thorough this app is not worthy. They claimed they will transfer money very fast but it takes ages. My family need some money on emergency basis I tried this app and it made me cry. Not recommended 👎🏻
Poor customer service
Using the app itself is okay. However my issue has been with the customer support. The first time I raised an issue it took 12 hours to receive a response. Even after me responding in a timely manner, I have yet to receive a response for more than 12 hours now. And the issue I raised has yet to be resolved. The customer support is apparently 24/7 so why the silence? I don’t think I can continue to use their services with such poor communication.

Reliable and safe
I found this app secure and reliable to use which provides us very competitive pay rate.
App and service could have been better
Honestly, this has become a go to site to make my transactions because of the rates.
But sometimes it gives me shivers because:
1. Once u made the payment, sometimes it takes 2-3 or even more to show that it is actually being processed.
2. Also, on the weekends and Fridays, it takes in the funds if u make the transactions but doesn’t reaches until tue or wed the next week in which case there might be an actual emergency situation and it might not reach in time.
3. Minor fixes on app like once u paid through the bank app, it doesn’t direct u back to app itself.
If only these concerns are observed then this is going to fly.

Avoid
I have been using them for over 3-4 months, and now they have messaged me again (they called me couple months ago I gave all info, and a day before I gave info, again yesterday they mailed me for info and personal information) this is not how to conduct business, very upsetting. U guys take a long time to deposit, and now have made my account deactivated after I gave u guys a lot of tranfers according to u, they asked me why not send one big payment why sending multiple, like I have enough money in my bank, when I get paid I send to family, or the rate is good then (90 days 33 transfers according to them, they even counted the ones I didn’t proceed with) azimo, ace, remitly, wise and others never ever asked me this much info, treated me with respect, and I’ve used them more than TangoPay. Even their website is not supported by my network provider saying it’s a bad site, that’s why when ever I used I had to use 4g…
