I had just downloaded this game in hopes or trying a new game. It was quite fun for the first few levels. But when I got to level 4, it seemed like the star meter didn’t care how well you did in the level. It would still just barely move the bar no matter how well you were doing only to fall short of 3 stars no matter what the outcome. I have had the same issue with other kinds of the same game and it’s quite infuriating to be honest. Also, I would like to point out the ball to relevancy factor: The issue is that I would be getting balls that would be completely mismatched and out of reach so that I would end up wasting my moves as well which also impedes the ability to me not getting the desired outcome of 3 stars. It’s these two issues that not many people would have the pleasure to stumble upon. I would love to give this game 5 stars, but because of these factors I simply cannot. I just can’t enjoy a game that have these sort of issues.

I have submitted a “ticket” about this glitch over a week ago. Level 83 in the game now has snowballs, ice cubes, logs, and snow flakes…..all in the underwater scene. The response said that level 83 got misplaced in level 803, or something like that, when the game updated. Bottom line, level 83 is out of place so the tools to make it through are not available at this level. SO disappointing. This game has been a very well-done game, fun for most ages. Prior to this glitch, I would have given a 5 star rating. Hopefully, corrections will be made soon.

I’ve really enjoyed playing this cute little game up until recently. I’ve spent a little money here and there to get boosters and that was fine but I’ve gotten to a level now where I need to spend $8.99 for a bee keeper outfit or I can’t get past the killer bees. Technically, the purchase is optional, but I’m just not that good. So I am done for now. Maybe when I feel a little more like splurging I’ll pick it up again. I definitely love everything related to Crusoe but I would rather spend money on his calendars.

We understand! If you search "how to defeat the bees, Crusoe Squeaky Ball POP" on Youtube, we have a great tutorial on how to get through those levels without the bee suit. It's a little tricky, but with it a bit of practice it's really not that hard! So I love the game! I even got to level 140. But after that, whenever I pressed play on a level, the game crashes.(I did redownload the game and also restarted my phone) It works on my moms phone but not mine. My phone is an IPhone 8 and my moms is a 12. Is this a bug from the game or just my phone age?
I love you guys & love this game. I am really sorry that I haven’t been able to play it since before October 23rd. This has happened after every update. Very frustrating & sad. The game gives me an escape from daily stress. Please do some kind of fix soon. Thank you.
I down loaded the new update and every time I try to go into a level the game kicks me out of it please fix the problem I love being able to play this game and I’m also waiting for the new winter update to be available please please please fix the problem I really miss playing this game
I can’t play when I first get it. When I got it I could not play it but then maybe five days later I tried again and I could play. Please try to do something about this but other than that great game👍🏻.

I have enjoyed playing the game but when you got the new one it won’t download on my iPad and the other game discontinued working I really really enjoy the game and enjoy Crusoe too
My daughter and I both love Crusoe and Daphine. They make me remember of my little sausage back in my country. The app is not working because I open the app and press to start the level and it loads and kicks me out so I am not able to play. Thank you
