Instructions aren’t clear but once synced and set up with the scanner it’s been fantastic

App crashes/quits when trying to connect to RTD
Horrible app.
Trying to swap times for a long car drive and the app has crashed on my laptop and both phones. Tried direct connection and Bluetooth and both crash… also the Bluetooth is HORRIBLE. My device will no longer connect to phone. I’ve updated app and still doesn’t work.

Always crashes its been a year now and went through multiple ios uodates and still same consistent crashes
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
App just crashes every time I try to do anything. Can’t read codes, can’t clear codes, can’t flash a tune. So now I have a useless device and a useless app and can’t even change the tune on my car. COMPLETE JUNK. I would give zero stars if I could.
Update you firmware
Update your firmware on your MPVI and you will have a relatively hassle free experience

Absolutely hate this system and app. It’s a great concept, executed terribly. App constantly crashes although i’m on the latest ios and software is up to date. App also forgot my hptuners account and locked me out of all my tunes and credits. Everything has issues and needs support no matter what you are trying to do, and their customer service really isn’t great. Regret my purchase greatly.

TDN Overall Review
The only reason I’m writing this review is to bring notice to the issue in the current update. We can’t view the DTC’s in the current update. Years of unaffected perfection. Please understand this is the perfect compilation of a car guy’s app. Bravo to the dev team and thank you for all you’ve done.
