  • Great calcularor

Love the app, but the zero problem mentioned by others prevents it being used fully
  • Glitchy and unreliable

I don’t want to leave a bad review, but this calculator says that 1+2+3=4. It doesn’t add more than two numbers at a time. Certain number sequences replace digits so you have to start over. Buggy. Deleted. But the interface looked nice and had no ads.
  • It could be great, but instead it's just frustrating. :(

I love that this app doesn't have any annoying subscription or purchase requirements. It's just a basic calculator. Except for one big problem, it won't allow you to write any decimals smaller than ".1" and this is extreemly frustrating everytime I try to multiply percentages. I can hit the decimal, but as soon as I try to put a zero in the tens place (or beyond) it just converts the number back to zero and it is so infuriating because I forget it doesn't work until the next time I try to use it and it happens all over again. If that glitch preventing zeros after the decimal point could be fixed I would be ever so grateful and gladly change my rating to 5 stars.

  • Admirable Effort, but some problems…

This is a great calculator app with absolutely no ads or other annoyances to speak of. However, there are two issues here:

    1. Not sure what a ‘caclulator’ is. You might want to check the spelling of your product.

    2. It has a bizarre problem where you can’t type in a zero after a decimal. Example: try typing 1.0.1 + 1. The answer is 12 because 1.01 is interpreted as 11.

Otherwise off to a great start and can other recommend this as the missing calculator app for the iPad, seeing as Apple never included one to start with.

  • Nice Calculator

I use this calculator frequently on my iPad (since Apple decided to not include the iOS Calculator on iPads) - this calculator is quite handy. No ads. Once loaded it's similar to the iPhone calculator.
Only thing I don't like is the loading status bar at startup. Every time I start it I have to wait a couple seconds to get past the loading screen - this seems dumb to me. Any other app starts up pretty much instantly on my iPad - except this one.
Just the same it works great, no ads or subscription, very nice!
    BTW another review said something about .1 x 10000 didn't calc correctly , hmmm, when I do .1 x 10000 I get 1000 every time, FWIW.
4 stars because of the long loading screen startup delay, if that were not present this app would get 5 stars!

  • Does Not Correctly Perform Decimal Calculations

Just installed this on my new iPad Pro 2022. Attempted the following decimal calculation: 0.1 x 10000. The calculator converts 0.1 to 1. This is very odd. I’ve never seen this before on any calculator. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Otherwise it seems to have a pleasant layout.
  • Yo Apple…..buy this and include it with the IPAD.

Super clean. Rotate your iPad for scientific. Rotate back for standard. Love it. Wish there was a tape history option, but basic calculators never have that.

Thanks for giving us this tool. Very nice of you😇
  • One of the only REASONABLE QUALITY calculator apps on the iOS AppStore

This is a basic, but functional calculator app, works great (exactly that apple should have included with the iPad). Well worth downloading.

One minor feature request would be to remove the loading bar on startup. Let’s face it, while as a developer I to love loading bars, a calculator doesn’t need one. When your are doing math on a tablet, it is usually because you need to do it quickly, so not having to wait for the app to reach the end of the bar would be beneficial.

    To the developer,

Thank your for making a good calculator app that isn’t full of advertising, nor does it demand a subscription service.

  • Simple, big numbers and quick d/l

There is a scientific calculator included but it can be swiped away. And when it is, the numbers encompass the whole screen. My eyes and my clumsy fingers luv this app.
