Paid for a fight night, can't even watch it because the livestream doesn't work

Horrible service. Asked for refund because the fight I bought was unwatchable. Feed would pause for 5 minutes for the entire time before I gave up. Couldn’t even watch our coaches fights. Asked for refund and no response. Not surprising. Don’t wast your money!!!!!!
Awful App
If I could leave 0 I would, these reviews are all lies. My little cousin is in Greece fighting in the MMA world championship right now and the livestream will not load. The screen stays black and the circle is just spinning. I tried clicking the other live stream that was going on and same thing. When it would load it wasn’t the livestream it was a still shot from the livestream frozen. Fix the app or don’t steam live sporting events. I missed her fight because of this.
