Mange app has been one of the best entertainment in my life, as a gossip lover and a worker I always need something to indulge in and the app is here for me . The price is very fair and you get the whole package it’s part of my life now and I’m never letting it go

This app can be so frustrating sometimes, I get logged out of nowhere and can’t log back in
And sometimes I pay for subscription multiple times but still tell me that my subscription is expired 😫
It’s not fair, and before you tell that I took content screenshot, NO I DID NOT SCREENSHOT. It just happens randomly

Hii app kuna zaidi ya 40% revenue inapotea sababu ya watu wana give up kuitumia, kuna inshu kubwa sana kwenye code za subscription inahisi mtu hajalipa wakati kalipa na clear cache haitatui, yani ni app ngumu kuliko zote nilizowahiziona, is time to get some competent iT in the US so make a real working app

Zero Star, Fraudulent Business Practices
Horrible App. They have deducted money twice in the same month from my account and have not provided access to the app, saying my subscription had expired. I have contacted both the owner and the technical support team and they both don’t respond/ fix my issue. When I told the app owner that I have tried to seek help and you’ve never responded and I am going to report you to app store she instantly responded- go ahead, am not afraid!!! That’s the only response I have gotten from them instead of assisting with my payments&access.. Don’t recommend. At this point I just want my refund and delete this app from my phone.

Help is nonexistent
I lost access to my account and I have been trying to get them to help me for two days and no one seems to respond to my messages yet they categorically say not to call. Very frustrating, I was thinking of upgrading my subscription to annual but I will just have to cancel.
App isn’t fit
I pay for a subscription only to realise it ain’t gone through that I have to pay again and again and again!!! Thieving thing! Can’t even get a new password if needed one. App Should had more trails before it went up in the market!!

So many issues
The app is slow. You try to refresh the app, just loads forever, it’s been like this for 2 months now. Every time I try to get on literally kicks me out and all you see is a magnifying glass but never actually opens the app. Mind you, I paid for 6 months.
Was super excited to support, but the technical problem are overwhelming and no one to call for support.
Or maybe this developer needs to actually address all these issues and try to do better because people are actually paying their hard earned money.
For people in Tanzania they even are going the extra mile and downloading vpn in order to get access to the app. I get it. It’s a gossip column, but it has potential to be great.
Just issues after issues.
