Improvements * The PIN screens received a major UI and UX overhaul. PINs are now presented with individual PIN input fields allowing the user to easily see the length of the demanded PIN code. * When changing the PIN, the buttons are disabled after the user taps confirm until the new PIN is saved. * We have updated the hardening framework. Fixes * The Access App does not accept unsafe ciphers (such as SHA-1 ciphers) to establish connections. * The Access app correctly updates the backend with "user-disabled" in case the user opted-out of push from the start. * Touch highlights for buttons are now working correctly.

We want to share some of them with you: • The Access App is now capable of handling multiple deep links and customer URI schemes. • The Access App allows to modify the device name. • The Access App allows to configure the time that it will wait before returning automatically in case of a successfully completed operation. • The Access App updates the dispatch target information in the backend when push notifications are disabled on the operating system settings. • The Access App is now configurable to disable the Biometric Authentication Passcode Fallback option.

Description of EquateAccess

EquateAccess is the companion security app for EquatePlus, the equity compensation platform offered by Computershare and Equatex, part of the Computershare Group. EquateAccess provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) that simplifies your login and protects your EquatePlus account with an additional level of security. How it works: When your account is ready to begin using EquateAccess, you will receive an invitation to download the app. Once downloaded, follow the simple instructions to register it to your account. After completing the easy setup, you will be prompted to scan a QR code each time you log in. Use EquateAccess to scan the code and authorise the login on your mobile device using Face ID, Touch ID, or by entering your EquateAccess PIN. Requirements: • EquateAccess requires your mobile device’s camera to scan the QR codes. Please be sure to grant permission to the app when prompted. • The enhanced login must be configured for your company. Make sure you have received an invitation before installing EquateAccess.
