“Swiss Hosting” means what, located where??
It is unclear where this company is actually located. Vancouver, Toronto, or Miami? Due to the opaque nature of this information, I would suggest waiting until a reputable outside source evaluates any privacy claims.
Tips from my personal experience
It is a different, nice and original product. To date I am satisfied. I only experienced one problem and the customer service responded to me on the second day.
Although I was able to solve it before. The problem with the application is that at a certain point it stopped working.
Every time I tried to access it, it did not open, it would give tabs but it did not open. I deleted it and tried to download it again. It continued to do the same. Every time I entered my data when leaving the application open, it stopped working.
I created a shortcut to the page and accessed it with the user. Finally I decided to reinstall the application and try to do something different. Although sometimes we want to keep the application open even if we do not use it, I decided to do the opposite.
I started accessing the application with my data and when I was going to stop using it, I exited it correctly. By doing next.
The result was positive, the application worked correctly. That was until it let me keep the session open, without having to sign out. I think that perhaps Sekur's security detects something and for protection the application is deactivated or closed. This is my personal analysis. only when security is present again for the application, it works correctly again.

Creds don’t work
Credentials used successfully on web based version don’t work on this application. Rough start for a new user
Everything and more
I purchased SekurMail and have no issues. I really enjoy the SekurSend feature for the extra security. Very pleased. Fast and safe. I’ve found my new email provider.
Works Until It Doesn’t
Issues I’ve had with this app is the periodic not logging in (happens at least once a day), search function is not robust, refreshing doesn’t always work, deleting emails doesn’t always work, loading emails is delayed and at times doesn’t load, you have to get out of the app and go back into the app. Since their update on the 24/25th of December, I can no longer even log into the app and you cannot contact them via their details in the App Store. You have to go to their website to find the contact info. For a paid subscription, this is one of the worst services.

extremely POOR customer service and a horrible app.
I have written this customer service on countless occasions and only tried this because I wanted a secure email service. I challenge anyone . ..Try replying to a message or “reply all” and watch the app fail. I write to customer support, aka a useless “chat bot” and eventually it ends up to the exact same person who PROMISES to get back to me after talking to the developers. They at first deny the problem and ask for screenshots and video recordings and state something stupid like “it works on my device”. you know, “troubleshooting”. Then when they are convinced something is wrong, they state they will look into this and never get back to me. Now, the email service I pay $100 per year for that is Swiss-based is so unreliable and unstable. I have tried this across all devices, uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, signed out, signed in. It’s the APP and the developers FAULT!! Look into these issues and actually get back to customers when you promise you do. Now, I have to tell everyone who wrote me that I will change email providers because “Sekur” is so unreliable that I can’t use it. Unbelievable and useless.

Works as expected
I use it every day and the app is working well for me. No major issues so far.

Please improve experience
I love the security aspects of this service, however this mail app is a old fashioned. I’m in dark mode, can’t determine new and old emails, and PDF docs are hard to find in the email, and then downloading is difficult. There is no mail preview feature in the list making it harder to determine which emails are useful. I think this app needs a fresh set of eyes, and a good polish - Apple Mail is a great standard to follow in terms of how an email and email list should be laid out.

Works much of the time but not reliable
I tried the app. I liked the convenience of easily accessing it through the app but several times I was unable to read messages because they contained HTML that looked like HTML script. Instead, such messages should rather look like a web page. Ultimately I deleted the app and went back to viewing my emails through a web browser so I could read them.
