  • Still can’t get this damned app to recognize my bed.

    Was hopeful this would be an improvement on the last app for my Prodigy 2 bed.

    Cant even get it to recognize my bed, despite trying all the scant troubleshooting guidance.

    So very disappointed with L&G’s mobile apps - especially as it was a big factor in my buying decision AND because the original remotes have crapped out entirely.

    Hi, we apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. There may be a few factors affecting the connection between your bed and the app. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help: 1. Ensure that no other apps, including the Prodigy app or any third-party apps related to bed control, are running in the background on your device. These apps may interfere with the Bluetooth connection to your bed, you do not need to delete the apps from your device, but they should not be running in the background while attempting to connect LP Adjustable Bed Control to your bed. 2. Operating the remote on some beds will prevent the bed from showing up in Bluetooth scans for up to 1 minute after the remote was last used. Ensure that no remotes or other devices are actively in use with the bed before pairing. 3. Not all control boxes are compatible with the LP Adjustable Bed Control app. Our app only supports Low energy BLE control boxes. If you would like assistance determining your bases compatibility with LP Adjustable Bed Control, please include your bed serial number and model when emailing Leggett & Platt customer service. Should you continue to experience issues, please reach out to us at help.adjbedwarranty@leggett.com. Providing the model number of your bed and what version of OS and LP Control app you’re using.     Can’t find my bed
    I still log into prodigy it prompt to download this mess I cancel and prodigy works fine.

  • Won’t connect

    Worst app ever. It’s now bugging out my old app with the constant message “get the new app”. No! I tried and it’s junk. Won’t connect to my bed after several tries. Stop making the message appear on my old app.
