Poorly designed app.

It’s calendar only offers week view, there’s no option to back up bookings off the app onto a separate storage device which would be very helpful because it’s really glitchy.

Current issues all my historical bookings have disappeared from the app which can be problematic if you need to verify mileage. Currently unable to log into app on my phone or tablet so having to take bookings by phone and email and have to go back to a paper diary.

Suggestion for improvement option to back up bookings into a monthly pdf folder

Bring back month view for longer term bookings for ease of planning days off and avoiding potential double bookings.

When a booking is accepted a confirmation email should be automatically sent with full details of booking to make the system more robust.

Also a help guide would be a nice inclusion because everyone has to guess how to use the app.

Incredibly glitchy

So far disappointed with this App incredibly glitchy currently not even loading this weeks shifts. So definitely needs to be looked at some sort of fix. Feel their old version was miles better whoever made this new version must be practical joker #stealingliving

Very poor usability

1/ The old App’s monthly ‘Calendar View’ of shifts is urgently required as being the default initial view in this new App.

2/ The current Calendar view that is only found by pressing the top banner has no information in it at all - and it needs to - potentially with different colours to indicate which days there are shifts in place and other days/colours when not available etc

3/ When going into the Shifts ‘List View’, the first shift being shown should be the next one, not those in January, forcing a person to scroll down through all their shifts until find the correct date

4/ Declined shifts and potential new Job Offers should not feature in the List View of shifts - this should be kept as just the current list of agreed shifts expected. Declined shifts, Job Offers and Non-Availability periods need to be captured in totally separate views.

5/ The function of adding a person’s Availability and Non-Availability etc needs a total redesign as it is currently very poor.

6/ There needs to be a section where we can see the latest and history of Notifications that have been sent out, with more details in them eg if a shift has been added, amended or cancelled including of what day etc.

So many missed opportunities to do more

I think you have missed the opportunity to really make this a great app . Seeing live jobs is good but why only a week in advance? Showing rates of pay is good but why not the enhanced rates for weekends. I would’ve liked to have seen how much holiday I had accrued but nothing which leaves me still having to email my agent.
