Username and password recovery doesn’t load.
App freezes on splash screen
I am using iOS 16.7.2. The app launches to a splash screen, and does nothing further. No login fields, nothing.
I use a VPN. If this app cannot run over a VPN then I cannot use it.

This does some important tasks well.
Not loading
Since I have downloaded the app, it has never opened properly. I enter my credentials and it the screen flashes with a turning wheel.
