  • Early days - good so far

    Very convenient way to keep up to date, book amenities and stay in touch with staff. We’ve been using this for a month with no issues yet other than short term outage of one element but that was live again quickly.
  • It’s an Unorganised and Very Unprofessional App

    Paid service charge in full a week ago and the app still shows an outstanding balance. And nowhere to download corresponding invoice. Very unprofessional. The useless CW event ad always pops up when sign in which can not be dismissed for next time log in.
  • App poorly configured

    App poorly configured. Interface does not re-size making it difficult or impossible to make certain selections. Combined with (unfortunately) poor service from the property team at CW team, it provides a consistent but poor experience. A real shame.

    The app allows me to check on the status of my property and also see what is required of me as a property owner
  • Slow and unresponsive

    Very bad user experience
  • Not very practical/efficient/user friendly

    Having to change screens for each step, not being able to see broad availability for bookings without having to go through choosing the specific date and hours first, makes you go back and forth so many times for something that could be easily done in 2 steps.

    Happy about face recognition for logging though.
