Core Content Mobile extends the experience, permissions, and security of Core Content to mobile devices for OpenText customers. This lightweight mobile app directly connects to Core Content, so that you can securely browse and view files on your iPhone or iPad. In the interest of respecting regional privacy regulations, OpenText Core Content includes data centers in the United States, Europe, Canada and Australia. Features: • Navigate using the same, familiar Core Content shortcuts. • Browse, preview, add, version, download & delete content. • Upload new files, photos and videos. • Create new folders. • View, Add and Edit the properties of files and folders. • Copy, move, rename files and folders. • Export and share files with other Core Content users. • Add, view, and remove favorite. • Mark files for offline use and access them using Face ID, Touch ID or basic PIN. • Supports full-text and advanced searches for files and folders.. • View and manage Workflow tasks assigned to you. • Scan documents and upload them as a single PDF file. • Support for facets within search results and folders for easier filtering of content. • Send documents for signature, view signature requests through Core Content on Core Signature. • View and access workspaces with workspace widgets. • Core Content Mobile is localized for: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish , Japanese and Polish. • Support for iOS accessibility features: Voice over, Dynamic type, Assisted touch.
