What a shame- preferred it when the app was slow. Now it doesn’t even launch…

Love Bao but this app is awful. Have installed it 4 times and it still crashes when you try and launch it. The developers really need to see the quality of this app before they do anything else with it.

new bills don't have a code...
soho store give bills without code so you can't then claim your bao in the app. makes the app a loss of time

Is very slow though it has great potential my voucher aren’t going through to the till and it’s stuck on the welcoming screen

Verification email never arrived
I visited the BAO restaurant in Battersea Power Station and, when given the menu, was told about the app and the gift of a free bun for signing up.
I used the QR code on the menu to download the app, input my data and waited for a verification email.
I double-checked and triple-checked, but the email never arrived, so I haven’t been able to use the app at all yet.
It’s a shame
