BUG

The app is still not allowing to Send Reports and now after the update I cannot access the Home Screen, or Settings Pages or Send Reports. I also scored 0% on one activity which I believe may be a mistake/bug.

Report not working

Just completed my trip for the month but when I try to share the progress report it gives a null error message.

Great App

I really like this app but in the recognition of emotions I can’t see the faces/eyes as the question covers them. Makes it really difficult to make a decision. Needs to be adjusted for earlier iPhones.

I’m hopeless at spatial identification

I have scored really badly on my first facial test and then zero on the second. I would like to progress more quickly to see if I can develop better spatial concepts. It would be good if you could re-play the games without them affecting your score to try to improve your abilities in the areas where you are failing.
Or perhaps if you could recommend other apps that might help in developing better concepts in any area where you are weak.
Otherwise this seems to be quite good app andI will be interested to see my development over time. Thank you

Good initiative but needs improving

Some features of this app are not working the way they should. But there is no option in the app for technical issues or contact details…
On iphone 6 the text in facial recognition covers the faces so it is impossible to see expressions on faces

I can’t get past “menu” on checkin and I can’t contact manager for a solution. I’m sure any glitches will be resolved and I’ll be a 100% supporter.

Needs some final glitch fixes

Great concept and will be useful with some glitch fixes. I couldn’t enter medical review responses( couldn’t get past “next”). Started the games, but the travel (emotion reading) game had the photos and/or instructions hidden by the response options. I look forward to the updated version which is why I still gave it a four star. If it was working the way it was intended, it would be 5 stars as it is a great evidence based initiative supporting early recognition and therefore management/treatment of dementia.

Can’t read a lot of the text because I have my text magnified

Really only just download this so I can’t give too much of a review yet other than that I can’t read a lot of the text. The app has obviously been designed for Users who don’t magnify the text on the phone. My vision isn’t great so I do have my text magnified. The app developers need to work out a way to allow a responsive resolution.
Otherwise I’m very excited about the potential of this app and this study!

Can’t see the pictures

Playing the facial recognition in my phone ( the smaller screen iPhone) the first tab box sits over the photo of the face … can’t seem to see the face by clicking anywhere else.

Graphics/text overlap

Have downloaded on both iPhone and iPad, but unable to go through all exercises - the way it renders, the graphics and text layers overlap on top of each other, so unable to see/read all the elements of certain screens
