Can’t use it because no way to login
I had to get a new library card because it had been so long. I think I used the app when they were on an older system that used a pin that wasn’t all numbers. I also have tried to get it to send me a reset pin password to no avail. So the app is basically useless and I have to call in or go to the library anyway.
I really just want to look at the books they have. Why do I need a library card for that for the app?
This seems like one of those apps they sent off to be made by some contracting company and then haven’t really maintained or tested it once done. (I worked in software)
