Excellent App for all Levels of Real Estate

This app is really great for anyone looking for an investment property. The way it is narrowed down by area and the way the data is sorted on each listing makes it easy to review different properties quickly. This app has helped me to acquire more properties, at a faster pace.

Love this app!!! The concept, simplicity of using, and all the functions this app has is a game changer for anyone regardless if your selling or acquiring properties. I also love how your information is safe and not sold off and spammed like other platforms.

This app is a total game changer for wholesalers! Now you can market your deals, accept offers, and communicate with buyers all in one app! Not only does the platform make dispositions easier and more streamlined for us as wholesalers, but there are some awesome benefits for buyers as well!

- Custom Search Criteria and Filtering (only see deals you want to see)
- Push Notifications to notify you of deals that match your criteria
- Push Notifications to notify you of price drops on favorited deals (We just sold a deal thanks to this feature!)
- Make direct offers right inside the app with proof of funds upload
- In-app direct chat with wholesalers!

One stop wholesale shop!

This intuitive and beautiful app makes wholesaling look easy. I have been buying and selling property in the Baltimore area for nearly a decade and this is the simplest solution I’ve discovered for acquisition/disposition. The app has become an important tool in my company. The team is responsive and willing to listen to its customers for improvement. If you are a seasoned investor or brand new to the space, you will find great value in this Wholster!

What We’ve All Been Waiting For!

I’m beyond excited to now be using a one-stop shop for finding off-market properties. Combing through loads of emails and social media posts gets exhausting very quickly. Being able to set a search criteria with my specific buy box and get push notifications to my phone when a match is listed is amazing. This is going to free up a ton of time to devote to other parts of my business and ultimately increase the volume of deals we’re doing. The app has been very easy to use, and I’m sure other buyers and wholesalers will quickly realize its power.
