The worst app EVER
I’ve been a member since 2015 and this app NEVER shows my “history” or the points that I’ve accumulated. NOW I cant find my movie tickets & it looks as if I didn’t purchase the tickets. Thank GOD I saved the email confirmationPynkPlastic
The App DOES NOT WORk
When you try to make an account, and you start with Silver membership, it will say your need a two part authenticator and will stop you from moving forward… if you try the gold membership, you put all your information for NOTHING because the APP… DOES NOT make your ACCOUNT ( I will be in contact with my bank… Please guys don’t try anything with this app as it may be a fake/scam )Show lessBecareful123!!!
Bad app…very bad
First off…two IPIC apps on the store so that’s super confusing. Spent 20 minutes trying to login and make reservations but it kept failing so…I am gonna go to Alamo drafthouse instead…not sure how your business can afford to have an app this bad. Sad.Hesko77
Apple pay with app don’t work
When you try to pay for tickets with apple pay, your card gets charged but you get an error stating that your card does not match the zip.
Guys fix the problem. Super frustrating.

Took my money
I paid for two premium tickets to avatar and I didn’t get a confirmation number or anything no tickets!!! I’m calling back to back but no answer. So I’m down $55 bucks and my movie date is ruined!!! I don’t recommend booking through this app!!!!T0PP 0PPY

Declining all my cards
Still isn’t accepting any of my card to pay for tickets and all my cards are in good standings - even used my debit card…still declined.

Old app returns.. works well
Got an email from iPic to install this app instead of the other one (with the white icon.) Works well, booking seats is easy as is seeing the menu.
Confused as to why the ‘new’ app shows as having been in the App Store for years, but it does the job without problems so no complaints.KEVINU

I’m not clear why there’s two apps for the same purpose. Confused on which to use. 🤔lbfalcon
