How can I get my money back?
I’ve installed this app and didn’t have trial. I paid and this app is absolutely awful for live TV( EPG doesn’t work, channel icons doesn’t work! How can I get my money back?

We are very sorry that you do not like the application, you can request a refund from Apple, unfortunately Apple processes the payments, not us.
iPhone review not able to cast
Easy to navigate and go through the different options but I don’t have a smart tv so I’m using a google chrome cast but can’t cast to my tv from the phone. I’d say it’s the only thing I’m not satisfied with. If could cast it would be better.
Bait and Switch
App shows lifetime purchase but when click on takes you to a yearly renewal. As soon as I realized I purchased a yearly and was fooled (within 20 min) I cancelled the renewal and contacted Apple for refund but they refused. Check out “Snappier IPTV” it has lifetime for much less and has way better interface similar to Apples “TV” app. Really impressed and that’s what I now use. Cheers all!!

Best IPTV app I've found
I've tried multiple IPTV apps and this one stands out for its clean, modern user interface and ease of use. Its design is intuitive and sleek, ensuring seamless navigation and access to a wide array of content from live TV to on-demand shows. Despite its simplicity, it doesn't compromise on features or performance, offering smooth streaming with minimal buffering.
Although there's no dedicated macOS app, it runs the iPad version flawlessly on macOS. I should also add that the iOS version runs flawlessly.
It's a great app that gets regular updates — what more can you ask for? Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Not great, but not horrible.
If I’m using it to watch sites or movies on demand it works pretty good. But when watching live shows, it loses audio a lot. If I restart the app I get audio back for a little bit. I sent an email regarding the issue but have not received a reply. I’ve tried other apps and the audio works all the time, so this is an issue with the Opus app. Would be great to get a product that gives you what you paid for.

Sound issues and Freezes
I have to reload what I’m starting because I don’t have sound 1/2 of the time.
If I’m lucky, my movie will freeze only 3 or 4 times….

Too slow to load app or never loads
The app either takes too long to load or never loads at all, rubbish

I hold this player in high regard; however, I am perplexed by the absence of a Guide feature in the AppleTV app, an offering that is readily available in its mobile counterparts. I kindly request the prompt integration of this feature.

Hello, thank you for your nice comment. You can activate EPG on Apple TV under settings.
Suggestion
If playing off analyst you should allow the video player to play the next episode instead of repeating the same one .

Beautiful Interface poor EPG processing
It’s so close to being great but it does not process EPG data and show the airing programs title - only the station title. This is like bare minimum for an iPTV app but everything else about it is so good and lack of option on AppleTV make this the choice if they’d spend a little time on the bare minimum iPTV features. Noticing bugs where I cannot play content from live tv and instead have to select an item and then play it under the home tab for it to work correctly. I paid for the lifetime subscription and will update this review if the issues are resolved.
Update: Two years of premium membership and EPG data has still not been integrated… If you can’t get EPG data to work with cloud sync, just note that and implement a per device option. This is crazy for an IPTV app there only pieces to IPTV and you’ve done 50% of the work.
