New reservation
Impossible to get help to make a new reservation .
Website is very poor and doesn’t allow to book a vacation online . I was disconnected 6 times before I finally could talk to supervisor.
Still no idea what I can find for this year . It’s only September and why is it so difficult to book a vacation for December ?
Very disappointed and many regrets I got myself and my husband into this membership . Would love to sell it at this point. Too old to travel .
