App isn’t doing what it’s supposed to..
I purchased the app to “upgrade” so that my girls can have the unlimited access to all the content they need to learn. Unfortunately the app is telling me that I STILL need to upgrade AKA spend the same amount I just paid for the same amount of nothing… I will be getting a refund from Apple.LondanMarie

Please contact support@getsuperteacher.com. Once you upgrade you do get unlimited access to all the content in Super Teacher, and on all of your devices too. It's possible that you signed into Super Teacher in two different ways (e.g. using Sign In With Apple on one of your devices, but not the other, or using it twice but with different AppleIDs) in which case it could appear that your subscription didn't unlock the content for you everywhere. Whether that's what happened, or something else, we'll help you diagnose and solve the problem. Please contact support@getsuperteacher.com and we'll sort it out for you!100% try this with your child! I love this app- so interactive and confidence building. My son is struggling and we are reviewing kindergarten every night and he is so excited how the app talks to him and when he does a good job the character gives praise. I am excited to see my son read to me when he's struggles for so long. I would recommend this app 100%! Also, the creator of the app is very diligent to respond to your suggestions or log on issues. I do not like super teacher, because my daughter actually download it her self at 7:35 AM and it was super loud. The teacher was really loud.birthday queen 123456789
